Various protocols such as Modbus, FINS, USB, Ethernet, Profibus-DP, EthernetIP to name but a few, facilitate the information exchanged between systems and the PENKO controllers which can react directly on the data provided by the weighing transducer/load cell.  This considerably simplifies integration of weighing instruments into complete production process controlling systems saving you time - saving you money.

For the control of weighing processes PENKO provides:

1. A management information system to control recipes, assemble production orders, manage stock levels, administrate finished products including tracking and tracing etc.
2. Controllers for weighing & dosing to maximize the control of your production process. The high measuring speed and internal resolution of PENKO instruments make them ideal for industrial application. Depending on the requirement, a number of models, single- and multiple channels, with a variety of communication protocols are available.
3. Industrial load cells with capacities from 0,3kg to 600t per load cell in accuracy classes up to C6, 0,0083% are offered in versions of aluminum, steel or stainless steel in protection classes up to IP68 and safety class EEx-ia for hostile environments.
4. Fully engineered control cabinets, painted or stainless steel versions with distributions up to 1600A, motor switches, speed control, pneumatic valves etc.
