frozen, cooked, filleted, breaded, baked, preserved and/or smoked. PENKO serves
the entire chain from ocean to plate with customized systems. Such systems
include weighing on board compensating for swells, preparation of feed for
hatcheries, sorting by weight, processing, packaging of fresh fish, filling of
preserves, including the preparation of the liquid. Each variant has its own
approach and requires specific weighing equipment. Fish is an expensive
perishable, so accuracy and hygiene are required.
