    Representative Responsibilities:

    • Acts as first level of Service Helpdesk contact
      • Logs incoming calls accurately
      • Provides first level online service/support via phone
      • Informs second level service engineer for action
      • Follows up on open service calls and closes all completed actions
      • Acts as central point of contact for Service Engineers
      • Ensures quality of service delivery and adherence to service level agreements SLA’s
    • Project management support
      • Assists other Project/Sales/Services colleagues with customer project planning
      • Contacts customers when there are questions and/or obtains details for projects
      • Request to purchase parts for projects and arranges delivery to work site or warehouse
      • Prepares bills of materials for projects
    • Development of product manuals and information
      • Create, organize, and store AutoCAD (Electrical Designer) approval and submittal drawings
      • Produce and update drawings for new and existing products in line with Engineering change requests
      • Maintain drawings and their corresponding Bill of Materials (BOM)
      • Revise part & assembly drawings
      • Ensure proper and complete information is found on drawing
      • Ensure accurate information related to drawings is reflected in manufacturing system
      • Ensure hard copies are distributed to the appropriate personnel
      • Ensure soft copies and revisions are well archived, organized and managed
      • Acts as a resource for other departments
    • Other duties as assigned
      • Special projects and requests are completed in a timely and positive fashion



    Minimum Qualifications:

    • MBO in electro technical field or similar
    • 2-3 years previous job related work experience
    • Prior drafting experience preferred
    • Ability to multi task
    • Ability to self-motivate
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Computer skills: AutoCAD, Adobe, Correll Draw, MS Outlook, SAP
    • Ability to read, write and speak Dutch and English
    • Knowledge of electronics
    • Technical aptitude
    • Ability to operate hand tools
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team
